Washtenaw Tech is built on 30 years of software engineering and technology management experience — including a BSEE, an MBA, and hands-on systems administration supporting the IT needs of engineering organizations. I'm bringing that same rigor and reliability to on-site support for individuals and small businesses, with the kind of personal service where you talk to the same experienced person every time and never feel rushed or talked down to. I'm also completing my CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications to round things out with the latest industry standards — backed by follow-up support until an issue is actually resolved. I also teach as a Business Instructor at Washtenaw Community College, which keeps me close to the same community I support on-site.
